Website or business card? Why not both? A business card is handy when meeting face-to-face.  A website will take your business much further in many regards.

As much as I’d love to create a business card and go handing it out around my neighbourhood, the fact is, digital media has surpassed printed business cards as the all-encompassing marketing package.

Having a strong and well-designed website can be more impactful than a business card for several reasons:

Reach

A website allows you to reach a wider audience, regardless of location or time. People can access your website 24/7, making it easier for them to learn about your business and services outside of business hours and while you are sleeping.

Credibility

A professional-looking website can help build credibility for your business. It shows that you are committed to your business and are serious about providing quality services.

Content

A website can provide much more information than a business card, and you can connect with your audience in much more powerful ways. You can include details about your services, your team, testimonials, appointment scheduling and other vital information to help potential customers make informed decisions.

Interactivity

A website allows for interactivity, enabling visitors to engage with your brand in various ways, such as submitting a form, making a purchase, or leaving a comment, or simply going on a journey exploring the pages.

Measurable

A website allows you to track and analyse visitor behaviour, such as the number of visitors, how long they stay on your site, and what pages they visit. This information can help you make data-driven decisions to improve your website and business..

Your website can automate various business tasks, including:
